Steve Moser
Managing Director
Steve’s track record includes a variety of clients across different sports and geographies including the NFL Players’ Association, international Olympic programs, the UFC, US Special Operating Forces, Major League Soccer, National Basketball Association, and Major League Baseball. A unique background that crosses between sport law, human resources, and high performance gives Steve an ability to lead projects from a multi-disciplinary perspective.
Max Dawson

With nearly a decade of executive recruitment experience, Max leverages his in-depth knowledge of North America’s corporate and sporting landscape to partner with leading professional and national sporting organizations to help them surpass their business goals.
Max previously led the Canadian Operations of a Global Boutique Sports Recruitment firm (SRi) focused on sports media, content and technology. He also served as a sponsorship executive for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League. Max was a rare 3-sport Varsity athlete at the university level, competing in soccer, basketball, and rugby, giving him unique insight into the high performance industry.
